Newport Beach, CA ( May 31, 2007) — Fans get ready; the fender-to-fender excitement of CORR racing is back in Chula Vista with a brand new track, and guest driver AMA Supercross Champion Jeremy McGrath.
After the first sold out crowd in CORR history at the Fairplex in Pomona, CORR is thrilled to be bringing off road racing and high profile stars to Chula Vista next weekend, June 9th and 10th. With excitement building for the brand new Chula Vista International Raceway CORR anticipates another sold out crowd.
Seven time AMA Supercross Champion Jeremy McGrath will race both Saturday and Sunday in Chula Vista. Driving a Baldwin prepared Pro 2 McGrath will race in rounds five and six of the Pro 2 CORR Lucas Oil series, as well as in the NBC broadcast Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup Series Qualifier.
Defending Pro 2 Champion Carl Renezeder who dominated the Pro 2 CORR Lucas Oil series at the Fairplex in Pomona is returning to Chula Vista hoping to be the first Pro 2 to win at the brand new Chula Vista International Raceway.
